| India’s First Sports City |

Jaypee Greens (a division of Jaiprakash Associates Limited - an Indian infrastructural industrial conglomerate) has launched India's first Sports City in Gautam Budh Nagar, 45 km south east of the capital of Delhi.
With both residential and sports facilities together, the 2500 acre city will have a motor racing track spread over 875 acres, international standard sports stadiums for major outdoor and indoor games including an ICC standard cricket stadium with capacity of over 100,000 spectators. The sports zone will also have hotels, restaurants and recreational facilities. The various residential districts will be built by the company in a series of phases. The first district will be the Country Homes, with sizes varying from 200 to 4000 m2. This will be followed by the Lake District with high, mid and lower end apartments. The city will have features like uninterrupted water and electricity supply, specialty health and educational facilities. |
